Animal Supps Return Policy

We at Animal Supps are committed to ensuring you're fully satisfied with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please follow the guidelines below:


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase or 5 days after delivery, whichever is longer.

  • Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

  • Returns are allowed for items that arrive damaged or have an expiration date within 30 days.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Food items and liquid products are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.


How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at 856-839-4536 or info@animalsupps.co if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.


Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

For a quicker exchange, we recommend initiating a return for the item you no longer want. Once accepted, you may place a new order for the desired product.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Refunds will exclude any original shipping charges and any return fees incurred

  • A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returned items

If your return is due to refusal to pay international customs duties, the refund will only be issued if:

  • The item is returned to us within the eligible return window

  • The product is unopened and in original condition

  • All return shipping costs and import/export fees are covered by the customer


International Orders & Customs Duties

For international customers:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer

  • If duties were not collected at checkout, they will be charged by the carrier upon delivery

  • Animal Supps is not liable for any such charges and cannot reimburse or waive them

  • If you refuse to pay customs fees and the item is returned to us, you will only be eligible for a refund if all return policy conditions are met, including the 10% restocking fee and exclusion of all shipping/return fees


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required
