Animal Supps Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Animal Supps! We’re committed to getting your supplements to you quickly, securely, and with total transparency—from online checkout to doorstep delivery.
📦 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
To qualify for same-day shipping, your order must be placed by:
- 3:00 PM EST for USPS shipments
- 1:00 PM EST for all other carriers
Orders placed after the cutoff times will ship the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We ship to all U.S. states, including PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, carrier, and weather conditions. Most domestic orders arrive within a few business days, but unexpected delays (such as weather or high volume periods) may occur.
Please Note:
Once a package leaves our facility, delivery becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but your package is missing, please contact the carrier first. If you still need assistance, we're here to help.

Mon–Sat: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sun: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready—typically within 24 hours.
🏬 On Display In Store Products
Some items on our website or Google listings are marked as “On Display In Store” or “Available to Order.” These products are physically showcased at our retail location but not available for immediate purchase in-store.
How It Works:
- View the product in person at our Vineland, NJ store
- Place an order online or in-store for delivery or local pickup
- Item will be shipped to your home or to our store for pickup
These products are shown in Google search results and Local Inventory Ads with special tags like “Displayed in store” or “Available to order.” Clicking the listing brings you to a dedicated product page.
Delivery Timeframes:
Product pages for “On Display In Store” items will include estimated delivery times after checkout, so you know what to expect before you commit.
If a variant of the product is on display, the page will clearly state “Variant on display in store,” as required by Google Shopping.
🌍 International Shipping & Customs
We proudly ship internationally, but please note:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer
- If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be due at delivery
- Animal Supps does not reimburse or cover these fees under any circumstances
If you refuse to pay customs duties and the item is returned to us, we will issue a refund only if it complies with our return policy and will deduct:
- All original and return shipping costs
- A 10% restocking fee
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with delivery issues, contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
